Shipping & Returns

We do not ship to Alabama, Arkansas, Vermont, Wisconsin, Indiana or Tennessee

  • Orders placed for these two states will be canceled and refund may be delayed.
  • We ship to all other states.  We do not ship Internationally.
  • We only ship to the billing address of the credit card used for payment.

Same Day Shipping Policy: We ship by USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail the same day for orders placed before 4:30 pm CST. For orders placed after 4:30 pm CST on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a major Holiday, your order will ship the next business day. Occasionally, these times may vary or we may shut down the website for a day. If we do, we will clearly post such a change at the top of home page of the website.

FedEx Overnight Shipping:  We offer FedEx Standard Overnight Shipping Monday -Friday.  Please beware that FedEx Standard Overnight Shipping does not delivery on Saturday or Sunday.  Any overnight shipment ordered on Friday would be scheduled to delivery on Monday (not weekend).

Priority Mail does not guarantee delivery date, but the time frame for delivery is 2-3 shipping days. However, the further you live from a major airport or in a rural area your delivery might take three shipping days. We do not guarantee or provide refunds for delivery delayed packages, only orders that are not delivered.

Please note that USPS Express Mail is an overnight scheduled delivery to most U.S. destinations.  However, depending on your address Express mail could be 2-day delivery.   Your order will ship from 89511 zip code.  We do not guarantee your order with be delivered within the quoted delivery USPS time frames and we do not guarantee next day delivery for Express mail. We do not refund late Express mail shipments or delayed deliveries, unless the fault lies with this website.  

Our Shipping Policy and Guarantee: We guarantee that your order will be delivered to the address you provided. For the purposes of this delivery guarantee, delivery is defined as USPS tracking confirmation of delivery. Once USPS tracking reflects delivery, your order for the purposes of our responsibility and liability is consider delivered.

If we are given an incomplete or wrong address, the customer will be responsible for secondary shipping charges or loss of the order, if not returned to us. Shipping services are used at your own risk. We do not guarantee how long it will take for your order to arrive or what happens to your package after it is delivered by USPS.

Discreet Shipping: For your privacy, we ship under our trade name instead of the name and use our P.O. Box mailing address to insure prompt delivery of your order. All of our orders include a detailed invoice.

Order Tracking: We email you a tracking number to confirm that your order has been shipped so you can track the delivery of your package Do not be alarmed if your shipment does not show up in tracking until the day it is delivered. Many times the shipment details do not show up in tracking until it reaches its city of destination.

Return Policy: 100% Customer satisfaction is our goal. Within 7 days of your purchase, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will either replace it or refund your money, providing you returned the items and they are in their original condition and sealed packaging. Refund does not including your return shipping cost. To make a return, please email us first for a return authorization number.

Privacy Policy: We collect personal information when you request our services and only use the information collected to provide those services for you. If you choose to make a purchase, you will be asked to provide contact information (such as your name and shipping address) and financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date).
